However, the center has faced challenges with anchor tenant departures, including the closure of Bed Bath & Beyond in December 2019 and Urban Outfitters in December 2020.

Recent efforts to address vacant retail space include creative temporary solutions. Suite Nation, an event design agency, has established a pop-up concept in the former Urban Outfitters location, combining art gallery and vendor market elements from Black Friday through February 2025. This approach demonstrates ongoing efforts to maintain vibrancy while seeking permanent tenant solutions.
